Sculpture is where I got started. I love the challenge of creating an entirely new form and function, and my favorite thing is watching someone recognize the individual components in a game of "I spy".

One week until set up for Blissfest!! ✌️ And 16 days until little bean is due... 😬 No rest for the wicked (or pregnant in this house!) Here's some of what I've been working on the last couple weeks. Sculptures, rings, earrings, rings, windchimes, and more rings! 190 to be exact! I will not be offering ring resizing this year, so as not to overwork my very pregnant body in the heat, so I kicked up production so there are more options and sizes to choose from. I'm still planning on being at Bliss, unless the new boss decides otherwise at the last minute. If I can't make it, my booth will be lovingly attended (thank you, my village!! ❤️) Yes, I'm tired, but this is what I love to do, and this is the time I most look toward to every year. Keep your fingers crossed that we all get one last hurrah before it's time to settle in for sweet baby snuggles and sleepless nights. Until then, I have more stuff to do. See you next weekend! 🤞

Last year I started making small hair clips, but I really wanted to create something that would fit more hair, like a larger barette. I'm SUPER thrilled with how these monstera hair pieces turned out, and they'll make great use of the big bin of spoon bowl ends I have leftover. Barettes to fit thick hair, and some smaller tension clips to suit thinner hair. This is just one of a few hair piece designs I've been working on lately... More to come soon!
